HELLO!

Welcome to my website! I’m Myah, and I’ve loved capturing the word through my point of view for the past 15 years. I studied photography and outdoor leadership at John Brown University, and I received my M.S. in Outdoor Program Management in 2024. The combination of these two disciplines has allowed me to merge two passions through capturing beauty and new perspectives in the outdoor context.

I have practiced and studied various types of photography, including portraiture, commercial, sports, and social documentary. However, I most enjoy capturing the natural and candid moments around me where there is no fabrication or staging of the environment.

I highly value hard work and teachability. I believe that success in any field requires a willingness to learn and grow, and I am always seeking out new techniques and approaches to improve my craft. So whether I am doing something familiar or learning something completely new, I strive to constantly push myself to new heights.
